Our Story
 

Thumpr.co.uk is built on more than 20 years of experience in the adult toy industry.

Our journey began in 2004, from a garage at home in Norwich, UK. At the time, we did not have our own brand. We were simply selling adult toys from other established manufacturers. What started as a small home-run business quickly grew, and within two years we had become a major retailer within the UK adult market.

As our knowledge, customer base and reputation grew, we moved from selling other people’s products to developing and manufacturing our own range of sex machines. At the time, we became one of the leading sex machine retailers in the UK and Europe, helping to bring high-quality, powerful and reliable machines to a much wider audience.

​

In 2019, we sold that company and went on to launch another adult business manufacturing and selling silicone dildos the brand was called John Thomas Toys®. This became a multi-million-pound company, which we later sold in September 2025.

​

After that sale, we decided to return to what we know best: manufacturing and supplying high-quality branded sex machines. That is how Thumpr.co.uk was born.

Today, Thumpr® is focused on delivering powerful, reliable and well-designed sex machines under our own brand. Our sex machines are manufactured in China, imported, then shipped to and distributed from our own UK warehouse facilities.

​

Unlike many online retailers, we do not dropship. Every Thumpr® order is dispatched directly from our UK distribution hub, giving our customers faster delivery, better stock control and a more reliable service.

We now operate from a 4,000 sq. ft. UK distribution hub, allowing us to hold stock, check products, manage orders efficiently and support our customers properly.
